Description

Immerse yourself in the transformative experience of Moonwater Planet's Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls - a journey to transcend life's obstacles, gain clarity, and connect with your higher non-dualistic self.

No prior experience is required; newcomers and seasoned practitioners alike are welcome.

benjamin will lead you into gentle relaxation with his soothing voice and flowing Koshi chimes. As you unwind, your journey unfolds with the resonant sounds of Tibetan bowls, Peter Hess healing bowls and harmonious crystal singing bowls.

Each instrument, meticulously tuned to complementary frequencies, promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and mindfulness. The crystal singing bowls, with their soothing waves, induce tranquility, facilitating a deeper meditative state. Tibetan bowls calm the mind and ease tension, working in harmony with crystal singing bowls to balance energy and align chakras, fostering a profound sense of well-being.

Embark on a journey of self-discovery, drawing closer to true consciousness and your true self.

Please remember to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort - anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.

Please arrive a few minutes early but no more than 10 minutes, please.
