Winter Solstice Gong Bath: A Return to the Light
As the longest night wraps the earth in stillness, the gongs will resonate like the deep, eternal pulse of winter, guiding you inward to the quiet sanctuary of your soul. Each sound wave mirrors the turning of the year, as crystal singing bowls shimmer like starlight on snow, offering clarity, peace, and renewal.
This sacred time, when the sun begins its return, invites us to release the shadows of the past and welcome the light ahead. Bathed in the harmonic currents of the gongs, you'll drift between the worlds beyond our own, connecting to the energies of rebirth and the warmth of ancestral love. As the sound bath unfolds, it will gently stir the seeds of intention within, preparing you for the new beginnings of the coming light.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort – or anything you feel you may need to be comfortable (but no inflatable beds, reclining garden furniture or therapy tables, please). Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
Please arrive a few minutes early but no more than 10 minutes early, please.
