Yoga mats, blankets and and foam head blocks are supplied for your comfort but you may wish to bring your own (and a pillow) - or anything you feel you may need to be comfortable.
Please don't bring reclining garden loungers or inflatable beds. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
