The powerful vibrations of the gongs will guide you into a meditative state, helping to calm the mind, relieve tension, and restore balance to the body. The frequencies resonate deeply, promoting cellular healing and encouraging emotional clarity, while uplifting the spirit to a state of harmony.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow for extra comfort – or anything you feel you may need to be comfortable. Please don’t bring inflatable beds, treatment tables or reclining garden furniture.
