Yoga mats, blankets and foam blocks are provided but please bring along extra items for your comfort such as a blanket, yoga mat and pillow. Anything you feel you may need for 1 hour lying down (but please don't bring reclining garden furniture or inflatable matresses). Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
