Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow for extra comfort or anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option. A bottle of water is also a wonderful thing to bring too! Please do not bring reclining garden furniture, fold out massage tables or inflatable beds.
