This therapeutic experience taps into the innate wisdom of sound and will lead you on a journey to discover true consciousness
Moonwater Planet Sound Meditation is a beautiful way to wash away the obstructions in life, allowing you to see more clearly and connect with your higher non dualistic self.
You do not need any meditation experience or been to a Sound Meditation before. If you have an existing silent meditation practice, you will be able to incorporate it here, but it's not necessary to have one.
Like every person, every Sound Meditation is unique and each week benjamin will guide you into a gentle relaxation with his voice and flowing Koshi chimes. Once you are relaxed the meditation will truly commence with the sounds of Tibetan bowls, Peter Hess healing bowls and the harmonious crystal singing bowls.
Each instrument used is tuned to complimentary frequencies resonant to the human body, mind and spirit to promote a state of relaxation, reduce stress and create mindfulness.
The soothing waves of the crystal singing bowls, for example, create a sense of tranquility and harmony, inducing a deep relaxation thus allowing practitioners to enter a meditative state more freely.
The chime from Tibetan bowls calm the mind and ease tension and, with the crystal singing bowls, facilitate energy balancing and chakra alignment, promoting a beautiful sense of well being.
There will be time for discussion and for benjamin to aid you and instruct on meditation techniques. Each week you'll be able to add or remove techniques until eventually you'll naturally find yourself meditating without awareness of techniques at all.
Each week your meditative journey will become deeper and you will become closer to realising true consciousness and reach your true non dualistic self.
All spaces for this event must be booked in advance. A single session can be reserved for £10 or you can purchase a 6 session pass for £54. Please note: Due to certain frequencies Sound Meditations are not suitable for those with pacemakers, epilepsy / sound induced epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy, with menieres, cancer or other serious illnesses.
Sound / frequencies can be a trigger for some people so sound bathing is also not advised for anyone with considerable mental illness or distress.
